TTC is a leading global software assurance provider founded in 2004 in New Zealand and, to date, has expanded into multiple regions across the globe. TTC focuses on helping organisations transform the way they deliver technology. We have capabilities across a wide range of delivery areas which include both manual and automated software testing, performance engineering, and quality transformation that enable our clients to increase their speed and quality of technology development while reducing risk and cost.

“It’s been an incredible journey which all started here in New Zealand,” says Grant Borrie, Founder and Director of Technology at TTC. “Fast forward eighteen years, and we now have offices in Australia, Asia, Americas, Middle East, Europe and most recently India.” While our organisation’s roots remain in New Zealand, headquartered in Auckland with a major office in Wellington, TTC has now built strong partnerships with the world’s largest organisations. As the company continues to grow, our core values remain at the heart of our operations.

Commitment to Employees

At TTC, our mission is to create an organisation where employees can be themselves and thrive. We embrace and prioritise diversity and inclusion as we believe it is necessary for our growth. Diversity in the workplace is understanding that everyone is unique, and inclusivity is building an environment that values open participation from people with different ideas and perspectives. There's no typical TTC employee because we all have different backgrounds, experiences, and working styles. Our commitment to diversity & inclusion has helped create a vibrant working environment where everyone feels welcome.

“At TTC, we understand that regardless of background, we’re united here over our shared purpose and values to help our clients achieve and succeed through innovative testing solutions and services. It makes us better, and that’s what we always strive to be,” says Mike Ewart, Co-Founder and Executive Director at TTC.

Our Exceptional Culture

We truly believe in what we do and why we’re doing it. Since we know it takes people with a common purpose and like-minded attitude to achieve our mission, we place a lot of emphasis on recruiting the right people and making TTC a supportive, encouraging, optimistic, and innovative place to work. We strive to create an environment where our people can learn, genuinely make a difference and improve their own and our clients’ lives. Our mission and values are the threads that run through everything we do at TTC. It’s what we live and breathe, every day. As a result of our dedication to live out these values, TTC was named 2021 Employer of Choice by HRD New Zealand which is selected based on the criteria represented by core facets of HR and new challenges employers had been faced with due to the global pandemic.

Government Approved

As a company with strong ties to New Zealand, we are especially proud to have become an approved supplier to the All of Government (AoG) consulting services panel for testing and quality maturity consulting. The panels that TTC are a member of include:

AoG Consultancy Services has a management consulting focus. As of November 2021, TTC have had a Tier 2 membership status for Assurance, Business Change, and Operations Management and Risk services. TTC gained a Tier 3 membership for Audit services as well in February 2022. This contract allows TTC to offer special consultancy advice and competitive solutions to interested government agencies. The Web Services Panel is being phased out this year in favour of the Marketplace, where TTC will provide Web Accessibility Testing and continue providing Application Testing services.

TTC is also a part of agency specific panels including the Test Management and Technical Testing Panel, which allows service providers to work with New Zealand Transportation Agency (NZTA). Most recently, TTC has joined the IT Services Panel that allows for direct engagement with the Tauranga City Council. This allows TTC to be included among the IT Service partners who can fill any skills gaps within the digital services team and provide consultancy support to help drive council objectives.

A Look to the Future

Our graduate programme not only invites the next generation of New Zealand’s software testers into our whānau, but it affords them the skills they need to grow in their careers and support New Zealand businesses and organisations. Developing New Zealand’s best and brightest young professionals is very important to us, and we look forward to doing so for years to come. As our company continues to grow and thrive, TTC remains committed to our roots in New Zealand, and we’ll continue to embrace and celebrate our exceptional Kiwi culture and the values it shaped.
