Previously, Thomas led the Asia-Pacific expansion at Tricentis, where he integrated AI-based testing solutions to accelerate customer software delivery. His leadership roles in Europe at HP Enterprise/Mercury Interactive and IBM/Rational Software further highlight his ability to manage and grow technology businesses. At TTC Global, Thomas plans to advance AI integration to enhance software testing and quality engineering processes.

John Tombleson has a strong track record of business transformation, drawing on Tomblesons’ experience gained over a multi-disciplinary career in finance, marketing, consulting and programme management. Prior to buying into TTC Global, John was a member of the senior leadership team of Vodafone Group, and held Chief Financial Officer positions in New Zealand, Kenya and Qatar. Over John’s 16 years with Vodafone he has been a Board member of Vodafone New Zealand, Vodafone Fiji, Safaricom (Vodafone associate in Kenya), and Vodafone Qatar. Prior to joining Vodafone, John had the pleasure of working with NZ based companies such as Baycorp Advantage, Air New Zealand, Capgemini, Ernst Young, National Bank, and Touche Ross as well as UK based companies such as Thames Water, Kingfisher, Seeboard, London Transport, and Thermal Ceramics.

David P. Rabalais is a seasoned technology marketer with over 20 years of experience at prominent global companies, including the semiconductor manufacturer AMD, General Electric (GE) in its B2B software segment, and Hexagon, a B2B SaaS company. At TTC Global, David oversees the worldwide marketing and branding strategy, working closely with the executive leadership team and strategic partners to drive the company’s growth and expansion efforts. With extensive international marketing experience, he is adept at aligning sales and marketing teams to function as a cohesive, strategic unit, enabling them to target, win, and retain high-value customer segments. His leadership spans strategic business planning, go-to-market strategy, and data-driven marketing execution across multiple sectors and continents.

Since 1999, Tim Rankin-Mills has worked in many IT roles, such as support, development, business analysis, application management, project management, and team management. Through these experiences, he has developed extensive knowledge of all stages of the SDLC. The common thread woven through all of these roles has been testing, but it was not until he started to work with Tricentis Tosca that this common thread became a passion. An affinity for test automation as well as skills gained through all his previous roles were brought to bear as he implemented Tosca for clients in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, leading to his role as Executive Director for TTC Global in Singapore and now, to his current role as Group CIO.

Chris Rolls is the CEO of Americas for TTC Global where he is responsible for Operations, Consulting, and Sales & Marketing while also leading the company's global Tricentis practice. Chris is an experienced testing practitioner and has been with TTC Global for over a decade and has held roles including that of Test Automation Consultant, National Manager of Test Engineering, and brings a wealth of knowledge having led projects at some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 organizations. Previously he has held various consulting roles advising Banks & Financial institutions, Utilities, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Travel, Oil & Gas, Government and Technology companies and is passionate about the positive change that digital disruption can bring and knows that the key to business success is the ability to release quality software at speed to ensure that your software is a competitive advantage.

Eston Ferguson is the SVP of Americas at TTC Global and has over 20 years of experience managing human capital, driving revenue growth, deriving and implementing strategic programs, and providing technical insights. Prior to joining TTC Global, Eston most recently held Senior IT roles at HP and SAS, where he managed and oversaw cross-functional team initiatives, ensured technical integrity of analytics systems, and lead teams through multiple multimillion-dollar engagements at Fortune 500 Energy and Oil and Gas Companies. Eston is certified in Scrum Agile, PMP, and Six Sigma, and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University as well as an MBA from Auburn University.

Austin Mu is a Vice President of Consulting at TTC Global with a proven track record in providing industry-class engagement delivery and program management to Fortune 500 clients. He has over 20 years of experience in System Integration, Business Process Design, Test Automation, Enterprise Software, DevOps and Agile Methodologies. He has spent the last 15 years providing strategic direction and implementing solution leading practices for SAP suite of solutions. Austin helps senior leaders transform strategic visions into actionable plans for success. Austin’s insight into industry leading QA strategies helps senior stakeholders design QA practices that improve profit margins and solidify consumer confidence.

Kayla Gillman is an IT professional with 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance. She has a background in Computer Science with previous job titles including solutions specialist, software test engineer, and solutions engineer. Throughout her career, Kayla gained experience that spans test automation, manual testing, and software lifecycle best practice within both traditional waterfall and dynamic agile environments. She has completed test automation & test case management project delivery for small teams to enterprise level companies. Currently, Kayla assists many of TTC Global's technical pre-sales activities and manages multiple deliveries and projects at a given time. During her tenure at TTC Global, Kayla started up internal Lunch and Learn programs which help to include a variety of topics for internal upskilling. Kayla graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Computer Science and is a certified Level 1 Tricentis Test Architect. She is also a certified ScrumMaster and Atlassian certified in Jira Project Administration.

Al Rago has over 25 years' experience in engineering and IT consulting. He has performed in the capacity of Programmer, Systems Analyst, Performance Architect, Process Architect, Project Manager, Quality & Testing Manager and Director of Quality Assurance. He has built successful consulting practices and implemented automated software testing strategies in the software quality field for the past 20 years and has extensive experience with automated software testing tools from HP/Mercury. Al has served as a speaker for QAI International Quality Assurance Conference, QAI Software Testing Conference, Mercury’s Worldwide Users Conference, STAREAST, Chicago Quality Assurance Association and numerous panel discussions and local users group meetings.

Bernd Haber is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of quality engineering solution delivery experience with a proven record of enterprise outcome-oriented IT program & project management and service delivery. He has deep expertise in business strategy development, mobilizing, transitioning, and leading large & complex engagements with high-performing teams across international geographies as done for Fortune 500 and International conglomerates. He has led numerous custom-design software test service operations from concept to creation, including quality maturity assessments, business case modeling, roadmap and process definition, resource capacity planning and technology selection. He considers himself a global orchestrator and proudly holds a US patent related to Test Metrics. He has been a speaker at international conferences, such as QUEST in 2014 & 2016. His wealth of industry expertise allows him to be an excellent resource for our clients.

Colin Mason is a value-driven IT Manager and Project Manager with 20+ years of experience in Information Technology and 8 years in Oil & Gas, serving as IS Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Developer. Colin excels at collaboration with business segments and IT departments within an organization and partnering with vendors and consultants to provide valuable producing, technology-driven solutions while delivering strong and positive leadership, vision, and direction.

Rotonda Hamilton is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience managing IT projects/programs which include 7 years of SAP experience, 14 years of Business Analyst, 12 years of Testing and 10 years Release Management. Rotonda is fully SDLC experienced and Scrum Master Certified (SMC). She also has experience in Project Management, Agile Testing, Implementation, Documentation, Support and Training. Industry experience includes Global e-Procurement, Engineering Companies, Telecommunication, Healthcare, Mining, Chemical, Oil and Gas Companies. Rotonda works directly with the Client, Functional Team and stakeholders to drive project initiatives as it relates to the Project implementation. Rotonda has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is still able to meet project deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple tasks; and demonstrate a high level of organization.

Nate Custer worked as a Systems Architect, QA Automation Lead, Application Developer, Developer of Tools and Testing Harnesses for QA teams, and as Principal Technologist with TTC Global for many Fortune 500 organizations – Nate is passionate about helping teams deliver quality software. Nate’s research interests include the use of AI/ML in testing, DevOps practices, and how to engage every part of software organizations in improving quality. When he is not at a computer, you’ll most likely find him reading a book, sipping scotch, or talking with his friends about Manchester United.

Alex Levy-Thiebaut is responsible for the account management and business development for the Eastern US and Canada. A native of France, Alex has over 20 years’ experience in Technology and Financial Services. His experience spans across project management, business development and operations management. While at Crédit Agricole, one of Europe’s largest banks, Alex oversaw the creation and launch of an Italian subsidiary.  Living in several European countries gave him the chance to learn several languages, but despite enthusiastic coaching by his Oregonian wife, he is still unable to shake off his French accent in English. Alex holds a MS in Industrial Engineering from Ponts Paris Tech and a MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs.

Nisse (neeshay) Vaya leads TTC Global’s market development within Canada and the northeast U.S. He has introduced technology solutions to both Canadian and global organizations for over 20 years working for industry leaders in SaaS, human capital management, BSFI, and healthcare. Prior to joining TTC Global, Nisse held several leadership roles within the scope of customer acquisitions. His experience in sales includes go-to-market execution, account development, and channel management. Nisse also has an acute appreciation for service delivery. As Director of Implementations at a global HCM software company, he significantly improved all opportunity-to-cash metrics as well as led the managed services.

Nisse has a Six Sigma background and holds a BA in economics & sociology from the University of Toronto. His self-described superpower rests on a foundation of being in service to his community. It’s a mantra he applies to his personal and professional life.

Weston is responsible for account management and business development for the Southeast. Weston is a results-driven sales professional with a solid track record in driving revenue growth and cultivating strong client relationships. His expertise lies in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships to ensure sustained profitability. Through strategic planning, impeccable communication, and a customer-centric approach, he has honed the ability to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of diverse clientele. Weston is dedicated to utilizing his sales acumen and industry insights to deliver exceptional value and drive success across organizations.

Matt Wiggins has worked globally across a variety of industry verticals, from Banking, Insurance, Payments & Capital Markets to Logistics, Retail, Utilities, Transportation, Communications and the public sector. During this time, he performed numerous senior consulting roles, focusing on strategic direction, transformation and the establishment of Centres of Excellence, as well as the delivery of large and complex programs. He is a certified Project & Program Management, SAFe Agilist, CSM Scrum Master, Prince 2, Testing, and Systems Analysis professional, with over 20 years of industry experience in the development, implementation, management and transformation of Enterprise delivery and program strategy.

With over 20 years’ in IT and Network delivery in Australia and UK, Rob Pagan has extensive experience in project delivery and capability uplift spanning a range of industry sectors and technology domains. Combined with a breadth of experience in agile and all facets of delivery this allows Rob to take a holistic, pragmatic and often creative approach to the unique challenges companies and teams face.

Rob is passionate about quality and enabling teams to sustainably deliver customer-focused solutions; and with the emergence of CICD, DevOps, and Cloud technologies the opportunity to accelerate delivery and look differently at how we manage risk, quality, and security. Areas of expertise include IT transformation, Scaled Agile, DevOps, Enterprise Test Strategy and Application Security.

Kerry Butler has over 20 years of experience in software testing across multiple industries, both the private and public sector. Most recently Kerry has performed senior technology roles at ANZ Bank and Westpac where he provided key QA service delivery and strategic governance on several major programs of work. Kerry has extensive knowledge of contemporary delivery and management methodologies with experience in systems integration and implementation practices.  This experience allows him to be equally comfortable operating in Agile environments e.g. Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SDET, as well as more traditional delivery lifecycles. In addition to his experience in the Banking & Finance sector, Kerry has also held roles at leading companies such as Capgemini, Systemware, and Compuware.

Don is a well-known Perth local, with a career spent helping delivery teams improve their quality and teamwork.

Don has had a highly diverse IT career leading many IT teams – both delivery and strategic - with an unwavering passion for people and quality/testing. With 20 years in the Testing industry, Don brings experience in finding testing talent, inspiring teams, and helping organizations lift delivery quality.

In terms of style, Don is someone who brings people together – from coaching high-performance teams to organizing regular social events in the IT community.

His secret to success is simply being genuine and doing the right thing by people - whether it’s mentoring others in the industry, supporting staff, or genuinely caring about client outcomes.

Starting his career twenty years ago, Bryan has demonstrated experience and capabilities in business development, strategic operational implementations, and achieving business efficiencies. These capabilities were built on his robust foundations in the Testing industry, established during his successful history in client delivery, client management, and staff recruitment and management.

Beginning his journey as a Tester and having worked across a myriad of industries such as Energy, Health, Government, Mining, Education, Finance, not-for-profit, and Retail, he is commercially astute and brings a very personal humanistic approach to delivering his work - he prides himself as a practitioner of Quality Engineering with a people-first attitude.

Bryan will be based in Perth and join the Australian Leadership team as the General Manager of client delivery and will be responsible for helping grow operations in TTC Global’s Western Australian states.

Samantha is a passionate advocate and leader in the accessibility, diversity, and inclusion community, where she brings a wealth of experience guiding organizations in their accessibility strategies and goals. Throughout her career, she’s cultivated a specialization in access and inclusion, having held diversity consultancy roles within the financial services and non-profit sectors. In her most recent role prior to joining TTC Global, she served on the leadership team at the Australian Network on Disability for 7 years, where she worked extensively in positions such as Consultancy and Projects Lead and Senior Relationship Manager. Additionally, Samantha has participated in speaking engagements at a variety of international conferences, ultimately allowing her to cement her profile as both a respected accessibility consultant and thought leader.

Darren is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience across a broad range of industry sectors such as; banking, telecommunications and government. He has proven leadership skills in developing and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives using excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. As a trusted advisor to senior executives he is a quick thinker, problem solver, with a consistent ability to make sound decisions based on facts and information.

With a proven track record in delivery, transformation and technology consulting, Darren has successfully led several technology departments, managing the following capabilities: Development, Integration, Quality Assurance, Non-Production Environment Management, Business Analyst, Production Application Support and Management, Programme Office, Risk and Finance. He has also built successful practices for several global organisations including Capgemini, Hewlett Packard and PwC.

As an experienced senior technology manager and director, Darren has developed a comprehensive understanding of programme delivery with a specific expertise on programme governance and software quality assurance. Darren is a highly motivated and committed individual and an enthusiastic leader, with a passion for building successful teams with mutually beneficial relationships.

Throughout his over 20-year career, Joerg has established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. His expertise encompasses all aspects of Strategic Planning & Implementation, IT & Operational Management, Team and C-Level Leadership & Coaching, Change Management, Software Development Lifecycle and Quality & Solution Management. Further, his ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven. As a native Swiss/German, Joerg has worked across the globe in Asia, Europe and in the Middle East, predominantly in the IT of the Financial Industry, but also of the Telecom, Manufactural and Sport Industry.

Christian Mucke is a seasoned business development professional with experience providing successful solutions to resolve clients’ problems using proven strategies across several industries. As the Regional Director at TTC Middle East, Christian is responsible for the account management and business development in the region. A native of Germany, Christian has experience of over nearly 2 decades in the Oil & Gas and Financial Industry. Additionally, Christian brings extensive leadership and management experience through previous account management roles within ADNOC, UAE “Private” Offices, Middle East Government Entities and other Market Industry Leaders in the Public & Private Sector.

Katja brings over 20 years of IT experience to TTC Global, where she is responsible for the Service Delivery in the Middle East. Her experience in Project Management, Test Consultancy and Software Engineering results in strong organizational capabilities and excellent leadership skills. Katja is experienced in collaborating with business experts and IT departments, ensuring the proper translation between these two areas. Partnering with other vendors and consultants to provide valuable technology-driven solutions while delivering strong and positive leadership, vision, and direction is another great strength of her. Now at TTC Global, she uses her knowledge and skillset to drive quality processes and create innovative approaches for clients to ensure their smooth transformation.

Philip Samuel brings more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of different roles, with the most recent role of being the Head of Delivery for India at Brickendon Consulting. Philip is an experienced Management Professional with diversified experience in incubating, setting up & managing the operations from India. Philip’s experience and knowledge has made him a great leader who is driven by challenges and committed to making a positive impact in any industry he is employed in. Philip holds a MBA in Finance from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Neha Godiwala brings over 16 years of experience in Human Resources to TTC Global. Neha’s recent roles include being the Talent Acquisition Lead, Client Partner, HR Manager and Customer Enchantment Executive. Neha has worked in different companies, wearing different hats that challenge her to be the best she can be in the role she is in. Neha’s drive is to be part of an organization, which believes in people - centric growth and provides an environment, which proves the skills through challenges and learning processes. Neha holds a BCA in Computer Science from Gujurat University.

Since 2017, Paul Whiston has overseen operations within Australia, New Zealand, Asia and EMEA regions which has led to TTC Global's steady growth year over year. In addition, Whiston assists client organizations with implementing modern quality assurance solutions to accelerate their digital transformation efforts. Previously, Paul held CEO roles within organizations such as LIC Automation, Paymark, and was GM at The Simpl Group. He is passionate about the positive change that digital disruption can bring and knows that the key to business success is the ability to release quality software at speed to ensure that your software is a competitive advantage.

Shane Ross is focused on the commercials and partnerships for TTC New Zealand, as well as managing the local marketing initiatives and execution. Shane balances managing our bid processes and sales activity with our community activities – the Test Professional meetups that we facilitate across the country. As well as managing our commercial partnership strategy and delivery. Shane’s enjoyment is working with our clients, consultants and the company as a whole to ensure that we identify the right outcomes for our customers for the TTC Global team to deliver. With over 30 years in the New Zealand ICT sector, Shane has a wealth of experience and relationships across a number of domains particularly New Zealand Government. Keen on the outdoors you will often see Shane running and mountain biking across the Wellington hills and kayaking on the (not often flat enough) Wellington waterways. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a post graduate Diploma in Information Systems.

Charmaine Meredith is currently responsible for leading and driving principles, best practice and processes both within TTC Global and across client engagements. She is passionate about providing superior service to our customers through ensuring the interactions we have are built upon trust and a genuine desire to help them transform the way they deliver technology, while achieving their business outcomes and cultivating innovation within.  Charmaine has an extensive Telco background of 20+ years at Spark and more recently venturing into the Banking industry at Westpac NZ.  Over her career, Charmaine has performed a variety of roles including Integration Test Practice Manager, Test Management, Chapter Area Lead for Engineering and Test Capability roles.  Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Education and Sociology from Victory University and is also ISTQB Certified.

Neil Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of testing experience to TTC Global where he serves as GM of Customer Delivery and previously as Service Delivery Manager. Past employers have included Vodafone, Auckland Council and Fonterra where he specialized in projects related to SAP migration and Tricentis Tosca implementation and rollout. His competencies include User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Testing, and Test Planning and Strategy. Neil holds a Master of Arts degree from The University of Dundee majoring in Economics.

Judy McKay has spent the last 30+ years working in the IT industry with particular focus on software quality assurance, software testing, and test management. Prior to moving to New Zealand from California in 2013, Judy had her own software testing consulting and training business. She is the author of two books: "Managing the Test People", which discusses building and maintaining an effective software testing organization, and "A Software Test Engineer's Handbook" which is a soup to nuts testing manual that also serves as preparation for the ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst exam. Judy’s primary goal is to be sure software testing is done well and fits the needs of each organization. She is still actively involved with the ISTQB and ASTQB, working to refine tester skills and promoting tester education.

Mei Reyes-Tsai has extensive experience as a certified Test Manager and is well-equipped to manage multiple teams simultaneously under multiple projects and various testing phases and methodologies. Mei is also one of the heads of our Global Open-Source Practice (Capability). She brings with her a leadership trait that has an impressive track record over her career, allowing clients to achieve their goal within the proposed schedule and budget. Mei has a vast amount of knowledge in software QA methodologies and strategies that create the best solution for the client. She has worn various hats such as Regional Test Manager, Programme and Project Test Manager, and Testing Capability Management roles in Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries such as Media, Finance, Insurance, F&B, Banking, and Digital. Mei is very passionate about testing, and is a firm believer that quality is a responsibility of everyone, not just testers. She is always eager to implement best practices, testing efficiencies, and helping everyone understand what testing really is. Mei holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Communications Technology Management from De La Salle University and is also ISTQB/SAFe/iSQI Certified.

Tai Moananu joined TTC Global in 2014 and has worn many hats over the years and today serves as the HR Manager and supports operations for TTC Global. When he is not working, you will find Tai enjoys meditation and broga which is a form of yoga for the brothers that Tai has been working on as a side project and development goal. Tai is extremely family orientated and loves spending quality time with them. He is the self-titled people’s champ and for him that is about servicing others and enabling them to perform to their optimum. Tai works hard to create a positive, engaging and fun environment for new and current employees to work in. Tai’s strength is he loves to roll up his sleeves and do the mahi to get the reward, which is shared success for all.

Christel Reijneveld is responsible for TTC Global’s day-to-day financial administration in New Zealand and provides assistance to TTC Europe. In addition, Christel oversees the monthly NZ staff and contractor payrolls. With over 20 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles, Christel ensures a high level of accuracy and efficiency in her work. Christel holds a BA Degree in Consumer Economics from the Netherlands.

Grant Borrie returned to New Zealand in 2002 after enjoying a distinguished career in testing in the UK. After a period of contracting in test management roles for large enterprise clients, Grant and a few other like-minded individuals formed The Testing Consultancy, now known as TTC Global. Over the last 8 years, Grant has been the inspiration and driver behind the growth of TTC Global in New Zealand. He is a strong advocate of new and improved testing methods that encourages clients to explore progressive ideas, innovation and concepts away from "the norm". The goal: to drive greater quality, efficiency and effectiveness from test programs.

Mike Ewart is an energetic leader and manager with a track record of successfully recruiting and nurturing top talent to deliver strong business outcomes. In 1998, he moved from London to Sydney with financial recruiter Parker Bridge, to establish its Australian business. Following a local buyout in 2003, he continued to expand the business rapidly across a number of recruitment verticals, eventually selling the company to ASX listed firm Candle Australia in 2005. He returned to NZ in 2007 and became involved with TTC Global, which now has business interests in New Zealand, Europe, the US and Asia. Mike actively drives new customer engagement and talent attraction activities for TTC Global in New Zealand and across the AsiaPac region.
