We were thrilled to be a Platinum Sponsor of the Tricentis AI Tour in Melbourne on Tuesday, 9 September 2025. It’s always a highlight on Australia’s tooling calendar, bringing together an energising mix of technology thought-leaders and practitioners from across the industry.

Being my first event representing TTC Global, it was a great chance to catch up and check in with the community that I have spent the past couple of years working in. It was also great to introduce myself to many of our local customers who were in attendance. With our CEO, Matt Wiggins, and GM, Kerry Butler, joining us onsite, visitors had the chance to dive into some great conversations around how we’re investing in AI to shape the future of Quality Assurance. And with TTC Global recently celebrating 20 years since our start in Auckland, it was extra special to showcase the strength of our growing Victoria presence.

We also had a great turnout for our very own Yaron Assa's session on "Why AI-Tools Need Your Testing Brain More Than You Think". He did a phenomenal job.

3 of my key takeaways:

  • Momentum in Australia is Tangible
  • The energy in the room was clear - customers are not just exploring AI; they’re actively piloting, scaling, and investing budget into enterprise testing AI now.
  • AI as an Accelerator, Not a Replacement

The strongest insight: AI isn’t replacing testers or developers, but enabling them to work faster, cover more ground, and focus on higher-value problem-solving.

CIO Confidence is Growing. Hearing directly from Tricentis customers at the event showed that AI-enhanced testing is now viewed as a boardroom-level enabler of digital transformation, not a back-office cost centre.

Events like this remind me how powerful it is when leaders and practitioners come together. I look forward to carrying that energy forward in my role as National Sales Director for TTC Global as we strengthen our partnerships across the Australian tech landscape.
