Five Years of Innovation, Trust, and Transformational Impact in Australia
How our Australia team partners with clients to drive meaningful change
TTC Global’s journey in Australia began just five years ago, but in that short time, we have reshaped how more than 60 businesses think about software quality. From our early days in Sydney to our rapid expansion into Melbourne and Perth, we’ve worked alongside some of the country’s most forward-thinking organisations to improve quality, reduce risk, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Unlike some firms that focus on placing resources, TTC Global is about strategic partnership—helping organisations build lasting quality practices. “We’re not order takers,” says Rob Pagan, Global Head of DevSecOps. “We’ve been in our clients' shoes. We know the challenges they face, whether it’s making a business case for quality or delivering a complex transformation on time and on budget.”
More Than Testing: A Holistic Approach to Quality
One of the ways TTC Global Australia stands out is by empowering teams rather than replacing them. Our consultants work hand-in-hand with clients’ internal teams, ensuring that their testing strategies and automation frameworks are optimised for efficiency and long-term success.
“Our people are at the top of the game with testing and automation, and tools like Tricentis and Playwright,” says Don Sharp, COO Australia West. "More importantly, we partner and collaborate with our clients. We help shape their strategies, train their teams, and then leave them in a stronger position than before.”
TTC Global has introduced quality-focused improvements across the entire software delivery pipeline—helping organisations integrate testing at the right points to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. As Sharp explains, “Quality isn’t just about testing—it’s about improving the whole delivery flow, from interpersonal communication and trust within teams to the right tools and methodologies. Our goal is to elevate quality in a way that delivers better software, faster.”
Real-World Impact: Driving Success Across Industries
While we are often brought in for our testing expertise, it's not uncommon for us to uncover critical issues that, had they not been caught, could have caused reputational damage, business losses, or regulatory non-compliance. “Many clients assume they’re launch-ready, but our due diligence often reveals risks they hadn’t considered,” explains Sharp. “Our job is to ensure systems perform as expected when it matters most.”
In the financial sector, we played a pivotal role in ensuring compliance for high-risk projects, including a bespoke Quality Maturity Assessment for the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). TTC Global Australia’s General Manager, Kerry Butler, recalls that “they needed all their major projects, especially the highest-risk ones, to follow strict regulatory standards. They chose us as the sole provider for these assessments—over some of the biggest consulting firms—because of their trust in our expertise and our ability to deliver.”
TTC Global has also worked with major enterprises, government agencies, and technology firms to strengthen automation and optimise delivery pipelines. “We review what organisations are doing with automation—sometimes challenging their choice of tools or strategy—to ensure they’re getting real ROI,” says Sharp. “Automation for the sake of automation doesn’t work. Our goal is to make sure clients aren’t just checking a box but truly enhancing efficiency and quality.”
Leading in Accessibility, AI, and Cybersecurity Testing
As technology evolves, so do the demands on quality assurance. TTC Global has been at the forefront of emerging trends, introducing new services that address the most pressing needs of modern enterprises.
- Accessibility Testing: We launched a dedicated Digital Accessibility Practice that helps organisations ensure their platforms are inclusive and compliant with global accessibility standards. “Accessibility needs to be a priority for organisations embarking on any form of digital transformation,” says Matt Wiggins, CEO Australia. “It’s not just a compliance issue—it’s about creating equitable digital experiences for all Australians.”
- Data and AI Testing: Reliable AI starts with trustworthy data. TTC Global ensures data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across pipelines, enabling AI systems to make sound decisions. We apply rigorous testing methodologies to validate data quality before it feeds AI models, preventing errors from propagating. Once deployed, we test AI systems with the same level of scrutiny as traditional software, evaluating not just performance and security but also bias, explainability, and real-world applicability—ensuring AI-driven outcomes are accurate, ethical, and effective.
- Cybersecurity & Risk Mitigation: Our tabletop cybersecurity and AI risk assessments have helped clients proactively address potential vulnerabilities before projects even begin. “It’s about focusing on the real risks and putting aside distractions,” Sharp notes. “We help organisations gain clarity on where they stand and what needs to be prioritised.”
The Road Ahead
Five years in, TTC Global Australia is just getting started. With continued growth across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, we are continuing to expand our capabilities and services as well as support our clients with the changes that AI is bringing to our industry.
But at the heart of it all, our mission remains the same: to be a trusted partner, helping organisations deliver better software, faster and with greater confidence. “Nearly all of our customers come back to us,” says Pagan. “They know we’re not just here to do a job—we’re here to make a meaningful difference for the company and the customers they serve.”
Butler says a key reason that TTC Global stands apart is that “other organisations are doing testing as one small part of a much larger range of services. This is 100% what we do—QA, testing, quality engineering. We are the experts at it. If you want it done correctly, come to us.”
As TTC Global celebrates this milestone, we look forward to the next five years—and beyond—of driving innovation, quality, and transformation for organisations across Australia.
