Quality is no longer just the responsibility of the QA team - it is a shared goal across every part of the business. This session will focus on how to communicate the value of software quality in a way that resonates with executives, developers, project managers, and business users in other areas of your organization. We’ll explore practical strategies to gain stakeholder buy-in, build champions for quality teams, and align technology with business outcomes.

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in QA, presales, and consulting leadership, I bring a perspective that combines hands-on testing expertise with the ability to guide organizations through change and adoption. This background has allowed me to work with Fortune 500 clients and executive teams to position quality as a driver of both business value and operational efficiency.

We will also discuss how AI is reshaping the quality landscape. From accelerating test creation to predicting risk and reducing rework, AI presents powerful opportunities but also requires responsible adoption and strong advocacy. By positioning QA leaders as both enablers and guides, we can ensure AI enhances trust, efficiency, and long-term value.
